Here at Super 8 London, we offer one of the most unique hotel dining experiences in town. Shogun Fusion Sushi is a restaurant that offers a wide variety of Asian inspired dishes. Our Asian inspired dishes include Japanese food, Korean food, Thai food, and Chinese food. In addition to traditional Asian inspired dishes, we also offer a variety of traditional Canadian favorites.
Enjoy our Asian inspired décor. You can sit at the Sushi bar and watch the chefs prepare the fresh dishes, sit in one of our Tatami rooms, or if you prefer, you can also sit at one of our standard tables or booths.
We offer a wide variety of Asian inspired appetizers, salads, soups, fusion maki, bento, washoku, jyubako, and Sushi. While our main inspiration is food from Japan, we also offer Asian Fusion dishes such as Pad Thai, Korean BBQ Beef with Rice, Katsu dishes and more. We also offer traditional Canadian dishes such as chicken, steak, pasta, burgers & fries.
